Seymour L. Muskovitz focuses strictly on Social Security practice, including disability, retirement, and survivors' benefit advocacy. Admitted to Michigan state and federal courts as well as the D.C. Circuit and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, Mr. Muskovitz graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, and received his bachelor of arts degree from the University of Michigan. He was a member of the law review, and published Racial Discrimination in Employment in the Wayne Law Review during his time at the law school. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the National Organization of Social Security Representatives, the Michigan State Bar Association, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and the Muskegon County Bar Association. Mr. Muskovitz is also a life member of the NAACP , a member of Plumbers and Steamfitters Union, Local 154, and serves on the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.
